One of my earliest business mentor told me to…  “Trust BUT verify everything”.

Why is that statement powerful? Because in marketing… things that worked for you may not work for me. And the things that worked for me may not work for you.  That is why you want to test EVERYTHING in your business.

This A/B split using Steal Webinar has really allowed my business to grow because I do not have to be their to talk to my investor buyers. I have created webinars in my real estate investing business for practically everything and you should do the same.

In the beginning it may seem hard and very technical but you can hire them out or just learn it then delegate it.

One of the most radical mental shift you can make is understanding and thinking “as-if” your business is a product . Even if you are the one who is actually doing the daily real estate stuff in your business.

Example for real estate investor:

  • The Technician flipper thinks: Time = Work = Money.  I spend the time, I flip by myself and I earn/keep the money.  To get more money, I work harder/flip more houses myself.
  • The Entrepreneur flipper thinks: Time = System + Team = Equity = Freedom.  I spend time building systems, system is taught to your team becoming equity and I get freedom. To get more freedom, I build more systems, I place the right team members and building equity.
The lesson here is that the faster you can build the lead generation systems in you have a higher ability to “step away” from your business.
