The Real Estate Strategy Lab Podcast Stats- January 2013 Financial Report

Hey Jeff Coga here,

Here’s our SUPER LATE January 2013 financial report for Real Estate Strategy Lab.  I’ll explain in a bit how one listener bashes Justin Beiber then tells us how much he loves our stuff, but before I do… let me give the quick disclaimer.

DISCLAIMER: The figures Jason and I are releasing is considered to some as “trade secrets . Why? It’s like going to Mc Donald’s and asking for the Big Mac’s secret sauce. No one in their right mind would give you these types of data.  We’re a little kookoo so we’re doing this. We hope to inspire, educate and help others create passive income from your real estate business. Podcast iTunes Download Statistics Report:

In our first 90 days we have hit #1 in iTunes New and Noteworthy (heck of an accomplishment, so THANK YOU!).  But now we have fallen off from the iTunes New and Noteworthy and our downloads has dropped. Click on the image below to see…

As you can see… during the first 60 days of iTunes New and Noteworthy – we peeked at 374 downloads in a day.  We honestly think we did a sub-par marketing campaign during that first 60 days since Jason and I both got caught up in our regular real estate businesses.

**Here’s My Shameless Pitch** (It would be terrible as a marketer if I didn’t ask this question right?)…  IF you think we deserve it, please give us a 5 star and leave us a super detailed comment on why you like our podcast/blog and what people can get out of it. Why is this important to us?

  1. We’re no longer getting the exposure on iTunes. More reviews + More 5 Starts = Higher ranking in iTunes.
  2. But… Here’s the BIG ONE. Great comments really pump us up. Creating these content takes time.  If Jason and I didn’t enjoy this part of the business we wouldn’t be doing this.  So… keep us pumped and super excited by giving us a shout out by leaving us a 5 star and a detailed comment on what you like (click here).

Here’s a couple of raving fans! Keep’em coming – we’re reading them (click image below):

LCeeNYC – Thank you for the comment and love!  For those that didn’t know…  We do actually test out strategies before you do them (click here for lab test).

Can You BEAT This?  One of our listeners bashes Justin Beiber and then tells us how much they love our stuff.  Don’t take my word for it.  Below is our ALL time favorite comment.  Not only does this reviewer bashes Justin Beiber he talks about the show Twilight. Thank you for the smile and laughter. 🙂 (Click Image Below To Read Comment)

Can You BEAT This Comment On iTunes?

Make sure to leave us a comment and 5 stars (only if you think we deserve it) and out witty this awesome listener!

Now Moving On…

Stay tuned.” We didn’t do anything.  Life got in the way.  [/content_box_light_green]

Income Overview:
REAL ESTATE INCOME: Made $12,512.35 on Jason’s First Real Estate Flip!
Jason finally finished the challenge of  $5,000 in 30 days or less  with a shoe string budget of $500. Technically Jason and I both failed this challenge because we did not close a deal fast enough.  It took us almost 90 days and we made $12,512.35.  Jason officially closed his first real estate flip (click here to see the closing statement).  We’re going to  turn this deal into a case study and will explain to all of our follower – exactly how we put this deal together, so stay tuned.

Final Thought and Rants:

With the holidays and New Years – we had a significant slow down in monetary growth.  Our income did drop again for another month BUT we did create assets such as our #1 Amazon hit book “Flipping Houses To Wall Street“.

Stay tuned for February financial report.  We have a special cool little promotion we are going to run as well.  🙂

Please make sure to tune in on iTunes and make sure to leave us a comment below!
